Family Photos 2009

So we took Everett in for his 7 month photos (should have been 6 month but Ryker split his lip open the night before so we rescheduled when he healed!) and also snuck in a few family shots and some shots of the boys together. The photographer was great! She got a lot of really great smiles from the boys :)

And yes, we are wearing matching Disney shirts that say our names- lol!!! Mommy has WAY too much fun with this stuff! ha ha!

7 Months Old!

Everett is 7 months old now!!

He eats real "people" food- sits up by himself- rolls around like a roley poley- and is super ticklish! :) He loves to scoot around the kitchen in his little walker and steal the magnets off of the refrigerator. Nothing is safe from Everett the taste tester! Everything he touches is tasted and left drooly! He is getting so big!!

The boys first trip to Las Vegas! We went on a Tuesday and came home on a Thursday so we actually had a pretty good experience with the boys there. We were not engulfed in a cloud of cigarette smoke and we really didn't see many drunks where we were. And suprisingly- there was a lot of fun stuff for the kids to see and do! Ryker's favorites were the Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay- loved the sharks!! And also M&M World. For a boy that is obsessed with M&M's (aka- num nums) a 4 story store filled with nothing but them was like heaven. He talked about nothing but num num world for DAYS after we had left :)

Everett liked the jellyfish at the aquarium- he tried with all his might to grab them through the tank :) it was pretty cute. And also the water show at the Bellagio (Mommy's personal fav as well) Everett's eyes were HUGE watching it the whole time :)

Christmas 2008!

What a fun Christmas this was!!

It was Ryker's first Christmas with "Santa" and Everett's first Christmas all together! And I don't think either one were disappointed :)

Ryker loved the Christmas trees all decorated and all the Christmas lights on the houses. He enjoyed removing most of the ornaments that were under 2 feet from our tree. Hopefully- he will get over that by next year... but I am sure Everett will take over the duty by then. :)

A Day out with Thomas!

We took Ryker, Everett, & Grammy to a visit Thomas the Train in Perris. Of course, Ryker LOVED the big train! He got to take a ride on Thomas and play with all the train tables! He was in heaven!! Everett hung out in his sling- as usual :)

SNOW!! :)

We took a little trip up to Yucaipa yesterday- we were intending to go up to Forest Falls to go tubing in the fresh snow but the mountain roads up there were closed. Instead we took a little off road trip to a little place Alex's friend, Jeff, takes his dogs. There was a little snow on the ground- enough for the boys to make their little noses and fingers red with cold! Ryker liked it :) a far cry from last year when he would just stand in the snow and scream- ha ha! This time he liked throwing snowballs at daddy and chasing Jeff and Kristy's dogs around. It was pretty cute :-) Ryker also liked pointing out to daddy that he got mommy's truck stuck in the snow- lol!!
